This is a PERPETUAL set (undated). 

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure to use the correct file based on your paper size (letter, A4, A5 or half-letter) and print in 100% or "actual size" settings. The layout is already centered vertically and horizontally so you can print double sided and the back print will land aligned on the front page print.
