I'm reviving a series of posts I made for my old, personal blog. The series is about real life practices that I believe can be incorporated in our modern lifestyle and are the ingredients crucial to form a well-lived life.
These are not guidelines for everyone to use as we're all different, but this can serve as an inspiration for you to create your own list. I urge you to try writing about your own best practices, not for a hypothetical future, but for here and now.
I use the items on the list as reminders for my "Best Self" to rise to the occasion - to answer, "What would my best self do?".
